DIRECTIONS: The first time you use this product we recommend you do a patch test. Apply a small amount on a section of your arm and leave on for 20 minutes.

For regular use, apply a dollop of moisturizer to clean, wet skin after your shower or bath. Spread a thin layer of yogurt over face and body 1 time daily or more often as desired. 

For best results, use our GHK-Cu bee venom cleansers before using our moisturizers. 

A slight tingling & warm sensation will be felt- this is the bee venom working. If you don’t feel it not to worry it is still working.

FOR SPOT TREATMENT: Wet the skin and apply a thin layer of yogurt to problem areas (like slow healing sores, bruises, cellulite, wrinkles, skin rashes, joint pain, etc) 1 to 3 times daily. Leave sores uncovered after application and allow the skin to air dry, for best results.
