Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, for orders of 32 oz of product or less. Processing times for larger orders of 32 oz of total product or greater are 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, processing times are based on our best estimate and are subject to change at any time. For example, in the event volume of orders is greater than normal or supplier deliveries become delayed during shipping.
It is also important to note that processing times for making, packaging, and preparing your custom items for shipping are separate from that of shipping times. And you should not expect to receive your package until after your products have been processed for the amount of time stated above and after estimated shipping time have both past.
The order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Megan's Miracle can not be held responsible for inaccurate shipping times or shipping delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is not currently offered but may be considered under certain circumstances if issues with pick-up arrive. Please contact us at Megan.Mick@icloud.com to discuss options if any issues with pick-up occur.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 50152 North Horst Ct, Chesterfield, MI, US 48047. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are on a case by case basis and may be picked up anytime day or night, any day of the week. You just need to make sure you communicate with us about your pick up so we can make sure to meet any accommodations necessary for your pick-up. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Shipping is offered to all countries worldwide. If shipping options are not automatically offered to your location at check out or if you are unable to select a shipping method that accommodates your needs at check out, please contact us at megan.mick@icloud.com so we can discuss options.
Shipping charges and carrier options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at megan.mick@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of this business and custom products produced at Megan's Miracle, returns are not accepted for any reason. See our full return policy here
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Megan.mick@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and/or wrong items received in your shipment. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
