Megan’s Miracle cannot accept returns on personal hygiene products or cosmetics or custom orders due to the nature of this business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Or, if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send photos of defective, damaged, and wrong items attached to your email to ensure your replacement items are shipped to you as soon as possible. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items .
Due to the nature of this business, I cannot accept returns on any custom orders or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted after your order has been shipped.


Refunds 

Refunds are given if you receive an item that is past the expiration date. Or, if an item is unusable for intended purposes.
