Gluten Free Food List

Maintaining a gluten free diet is essential in the fight against Morgellons because this is where the organisms prefer to lay their eggs. 

Switching to gluten free doesn’t mean you can’t eat carbohydrates or delicious meals. You just have to learn how to substitute and find your favorite alternatives. 

Here is a list of gluten free alternatives to help you get started on your journey to a gluten free life style: 

Instead of wheat flour try

  • Rice flour
  • Oat flour
  • Barley Starch
  • Arrowroot Powder
  • Gluten Free flour
  • Potato Starch
  • Corn Flour
  • Almond Flour

Instead of wheat pasta try

  • Rice noodles 
  • Zucchini noodles 
  • Gluten Free pasta

Instead of wheat bread try

  • Gluten Free bread 
  • Gluten Free crackers 
  • Rice cakes 
  • Potato 
  • Oat Flour Bread
  • Rice Flower Bread
  • Almond Flour Bread
  • Corn Tortilla Wrap
  • Corn Chips or REAL potato chips like Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, & more. 

Instead of Wheat Cereal try

  • corn cereal like Reese’s Puffs or Corn Pops
  • Rice flour cereal like Cocoa Pebbles or Fruity Pebbles
  • oat flour cereal like Cheerios or Lucky Charms
  • Buckwheat 
  • Oatmeal
  • Granola
  • Nuts & Seeds

The following foods are usually gluten free(just be sure to check for a Gluten Free label on the package or check the ingredient list for any wheat containing additives):

  • Potato Chips: like Doritos or Lays are GF
  • Rice and byproducts are GF
  • Potatoes are GF including most potato chips
  • Corn tortilla is GF
  • all vegetables are GF
  • all fruit is GF
  • all meat is GF unless it’s breaded in wheat flour 
  • Chocolate(watch for additives containing wheat) is GF
  • Dairy and dairy alternatives like milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. is GF
  • Sugar and spices like salt, parsley, clove, etc. are GF
  • Jello or pudding is GF
  • Beans and lentils are GF
  • Fruit juice is GF
  • Soda pop is gluten free 
  • Oats, nuts, & seeds are GF unless otherwise stated on label 

Lots of premade sauces and dressings are GF too like: ketchup, mustard, ranch, Italian dressing, vinaigrette, and more.
