DIRECTIONS: The first time you use this product we recommend you do a patch test. Apply a small amount on a section of your arm and leave on for 20 minutes.

For regular use massage a small amount on wet bath gloves to form a generous lather. Soap scalp and hair. Focusing on massaging the shampoo into your scalp and through the hair to the ends. Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes if desired. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. We recommend using our apitherapy cleansers head to toe 3 times weekly or more often, for best results.

A slight tingling & warm sensation will be felt- this is the bee venom working. If you don’t feel it not to worry it is still working.
