If you do not have time to wash your hair, scalp, face, and entire body every day... make sure to wash your face at least 1x throughout the day. Use Megan's Miracle Moisturizers head to toe on the days you do not shower. I recommend using Megan's Miracle Face & Body Toner to replace your daily Soaping Session when necessary.

Soap is best for use in the shower or bath. Or, at the sink to wash your face and body.

Soap bars can be used in place of shampoo to wash the scalp & hair if desired. Or you can use Megan's Miracle Conditioning Shampoo for the scalp & hair.

It is safe for use everywhere on the external body including inside the ears & genitalia.

It is not safe to use inside the eyes & up the nose: this can cause burning & irritation. To clean out the eyes & inside the nose I recommend using Megan's Miracle Face & Body Toner with a q-tip on the lash lines and inside the nostrils.

Soap is not made for internal use and should not be ingested. If you would like to complete a 30 day internal detox, I recommend using Megan's Miracle Detox Drops.

Directions

Sit or stand under HOT running water and in the steam for a minimum of 3 minutes, to soften the skin. Or, soak in HOT water first if bathing.

Grab your soap. Use your wet hands, exfoliating gloves, sponge, loofah, or rag to create a generous lather using your soap bar, and water. Begin by washing your head first and work your way down toward your toes.

Spend a few minutes rubbing soap into the skin. Focusing on the crevasses of the body and problem areas.

Crevasses of the body include: behind the ears, behind the knees, inner elbows, in between the fingers & toes, inside the belly button, the perineum, etc.

Problem areas may include(but are not limited to): sore/tender areas on the body, areas with bruising, lesions/sores & scabs, muscle knots & areas with tension, swollen body parts, etc.

Pro Tip: In the event, you have bad nausea/vomiting, spend extra time massaging soap into the problem area on your abdomen. If you have a headache, spend some time massaging your soap into the area causing your pain. Etc.

Once you are finished lathering up, let the soap bubbles sit for 1 minute or longer(if desired). Rinse thoroughly with HOT water. Follow up with a light, quick rinse of cool water to lock in the cationic charge on the surface of the skin.

When finished with your soap bar be sure to place it in a soap dish or holder to dry until your next use. This helps every soap bar last longer.
