How to Use: Yogurt Moisturizer
Megan's Miracle Yogurt Moisturizer for Morgellons Disease is used a minimum of 1x daily for best results. It may be used more than one time daily on the face & body, if desired.
To make sure you get the most out of your Yogurt, use Megan's Miracle Moisturizers behind the ears often throughout the duration of Megan's Miracle Protocol. Apply gel to the back of each ear a minimum of 1x in the morning & 1x at night.
Yogurt can be used occasionally once recovery is complete to guarantee permanent results too.
Use Megan's Miracle Moisturizers head to toe on the days you do not shower to guarantee continued progress
Yogurt is best for use after your shower or bath. And is applied to wet skin. This allows for deeper absorption and helps you spread the cream over your skin.
It is safe for use everywhere on the external body including inside the ears & genitalia.
It is not safe to use inside the eyes & up the nose: this can cause burning & irritation. To clean out the eyes & inside the nose I recommend using Megan's Miracle Face & Body Toner with a q-tip on the lash lines and inside the nostrils.

Directions
After showering with Megan's Miracle Soap, grab Yoghurt moisturizer before drying off. It works best on wet, moist skin. And even better on clean skin.
Squeeze a generous amount of moisturizer into the palms of your hands. And spread over the entire surface of the body. Using more water as necessary to aid in spreading the cream.
Focusing on getting moisturizer into all the crevasses of the body and massage into problem areas as desired.
Crevasses of the body include: behind the ears, behind the knees, inner elbows, in between the fingers & toes, inside the belly button, the perineum, etc.
Problem areas may include(but are not limited to): sore/tender areas on the body, areas with bruising, lesions/sores & scabs, muscle knots & areas with tension, swollen body parts, etc.
Pro Tip: In the event, you have bad nausea/vomiting, spend extra time massaging Yoghurt into the problem area on your abdomen. If you have a headache, spend some time massaging your Yoghurt into the area causing your pain. Etc.
- Once you have moisturized the face, behind the ears, and the rest of the body you can lightly towel dry as necessary. Or just allow your skin to air dry. Follow your usual routine after that.
