How to use 📌
Wash & dry hands thoroughly before use. Squeeze gel into the open end of the disposable applicator tube and fill with 2 to 4 grams of gel, using the measurements printed on the device.
Lay flat on your back. Carefully insert the applicator into the vaginal or rectal canal. Push the device to release all of the gel into the desired body cavity. Carefully remove the applicator and dispose of the device 🗑️
For best results, insert the gel just before bedtime 🌙 This way the gel has more time to absorb before sliding out. Use 2 to 3 times weekly until problem/symptoms no longer persist ✅
