Royal jelly comes in raw, pure form and is available in 2 oz or 4 oz sizes. After opening, royal jelly should be consumed/used quickly (within 6 months) and kept in the fridge when not in use. Any royal jelly that is not consumed within 6 months, should be stored in the freezer (up to 3 years).

Enjoy 1/4 tsp of royal jelly up to four times daily, as desired. To assist with the distinct taste, mix with honey, jam or into smoothies.
