Directions: The first time you use this product we recommend you do a patch test. Apply a small amount on a section of your arm and leave on for 20 minutes.

For regular use massage a small amount on a wet loofah, sponge, or bath gloves to form a generous lather. Soap face, body, and scalp/hair as desired. Focusing on body crevices and skin folds like behind the ears, inside the elbows, on the sides of the nose, etc. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. We recommend using our apitherapy cleansers head to toe 3 times weekly or more often, for best results.

A slight tingling & warm sensation will be felt- this is the bee venom working. If you don’t feel it not to worry it is still working.
